Barrow Safety Services is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in their Head Office in Hinton, AB. This position will require someone who is able to lead our team of safety professionals to meet the demands of our clients; and to participate in the overall management of the company, including setting and achieving company goals.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment;
- Provide s3 – 5 years of safety experience;
- Manage several projects at one time including scheduling and monitoring;
- Recruit and hire staff;
- Possess strong computer skills;
- Manage day to day activities related to the office environment;
- Possess a good driving record;
- Demonstrate an ability to lead a team;
- Work with budgets with some understanding of accounting principles;
- Willingness to travel;
- Possess excellent oral and written communication
